Call of the Wild and Simply the Best Training two of Wales’s leading training companies invite you to an evening of Inspiration, networking and business development opportunities.

Our guest Speaker is Tori James who, at the age of 25 became the first Welsh Woman to climb Mount Everest! Tori stars in the BBC documentary “On Top of the World” which was produced about her expedition and she is also the author of “Peak Performance” which describes her record-breaking climb to the summit.

Tori grew up in Pembrokeshire on a farm where she claims to have gathered much of her toughness for venturing outside in all weather!


We are also joined by Dr Barrie Kennard, Director, Leadership Management Wales (LMW) who will act as our host for the evening.

Leadership & Management Wales (LMW) is the centre for excellence for leadership and management skills for private sector businesses in Wales. It was formed to support businesses in developing their leadership and management development (LMD) skills, enabling them to increase efficiency and help grow the economy in Wales.

It is part funded by the European Social Fund delivered through the Welsh Government.


Dr Kennard said, “I am very much looking forward to hosting this event, introducing a genuinely inspiring speaker and learning more about the training and development opportunities that are being highlighted.”


The evening will also focus on the benefits to your business in accessing the 70% funded Lantra qualifications which we are delivering across Wales.
