-What is a Personal Development Plan ( PDP ) ?

• A Personal Development Plan (PDP) is an online plan hosted on the Business Wales ( BOSS ) website which
  will help the FC client to identify their weaknesses and strengths assisting clients to both set and achieve
  their goals and to find out what training and support is available to them.

• Once created the plan can be updated at any time. A person only has one PDP plan. It can be completed
  or updated at any time. If people need assistance to apply they need to contact their local Development
  Officer or chosen training provider.
